    Olive oil cooking spray(0pts

    Recipe



    cook squash (while that is cooking in oven)
    Coat non stick pan with olive oil cooking spray
    Stir fry veges (leave on side)
    AFTER squash is cooked open and add the spaghetti suash to the stiry fry/
    Reheat everything
    Serve/ spray butter spray for a
    Primavera taste w/out the calories
