    Crustless Quiche From Nova Scotia

    1 set of pre-made pie shells (reduced fat if possible).. These come in your grocer's frozen food section as a set of two shells, but generally they are not frozen solid, and workable when you buy them.
    1 Medium onion (white, yellow, or red), peeled and diced
    1 1/2 cup lowfat milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
    1 cup grated cheese (use lowfat Mozzarella, Swiss or Cheddar)
    2 cups assorted vegetables, cleaned and diced (mushrooms, green pepper, green onion or whatever you like)
    Garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Knead the unfrozen shells into a single ball. Roll the ball until about 1/8-inch thick. Lay into pie plate and trim any excess. Lightly spray a nine-inch pie plate, quiche, or tart pan. Thoroughly toss above ingredients and transfer to pie plate. Compress the mixture into the pie shell. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown on top, and let stand 10 minutes before cutting
