Curry Lentils

List of Ingredients
1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. canola oil
1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard seed
1 Tbsp. ground coriander
2 hot chili peppers
1 Tbsp. Ground ginger
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. Pataks curry paste (Hot)
3 heads broccoli
1 head cauliflower
4 c. cooked lentils, with salt
Recipe
Cook lentils in 8 cups boiling salted water. Cook till very soft. While these are cooking,
Put first nine ingredients in to heavy bottomed stock pot and cook for 5 minutes.
Add garlic, curry paste, broccoli and caulflower, cook for 10 minutes longer or until slightly soft.
Add cooked lentils to curry sauce and serve.
