Mini Broccoli Quiches

1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and well-drained
1 1/2 cups shredded Colby or Colby-Jack cheese
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F. Put baking cups in muffin pan. Cut broccoli into 1/2-inch pieces. Place broccoli and cheese equally among baking cups. In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; beat well. Pour egg mixture into baking cups. Bake 30-35 minutes or until filling is set. Cool in pan on wire rack 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
Makes 12 servings.
