    List of Ingredients




    1 x 500g jar Sainsbury’s Be Good To Yourself Korma Sauce
    550g (1lb 31/2oz) sweet potato peeled and cubed
    400g (14oz) cauliflower florets
    1 x 200g pack Sainsbury’s Delicately Flavoured Pilau Rice
    1 x 350g bag young leaf spinach
    1/2 x 400g can chickpeas, drained
    1/2 x 20g pack coriander, chopped

    Recipe



    1. Pour the sauce into a large saucepan and add the potato and cauliflower. Bring to the boil, then cover and cook for 10 minutes until the potato is just tender.
    2. Meanwhile, cook the rice and spinach separately, according to pack instructions.
    3. Stir the spinach, chickpeas and coriander into the korma and heat through.
    4. Serve with the rice.
