    Roasted New Potatoes with Rosemary

    8 medium red potatoes cut in half
    1/4 cup good olive oil
    1 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary leaves
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    big pinch paprika
    salt and pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    In a large bowl toss all ingredients well. Place potatoes, cut side down on an oven pan with sides. Bake at 400? F for 20 minutes or until potatoes test done and the cut side is nicely browned.

    Yield: 4 servings
