Tofu Chili

List of Ingredients
350 g extra firm tofu, crumbled
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1 large carrot
1 tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 c. canned tomato sauce
5 1/2 oz tomato paste
1 c canned kidney beans
1 c canned black beans
1 c canned corn
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
Recipe
Combine tofu, garlic, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce and set aside. Saute onion, green pepper, and carrot until onion is transparent. Add tofu mixture and saute until tofu is browned. Stir in tomato sauce and paste, beans, corn, basil, cayenne, cumin, sugar, and salt. Cover and simmer for 30 min.
