    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces Mushrooms
    2 C Black beans
    1 C cooked russet potato
    2 Large Egg Whites
    1 C diced onions
    1 C Flour
    2 C quick oats
    1/2 C low fat sour cream
    1/4 C Ketchup
    2 Tbs. Oil
    1 Tbs. A-1 Sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    2 tbsp. dried parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. coriander
    1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper

    Recipe



    In food processor (I used my trusty "stick" blender) blend together mushrooms, beans, potatoes eggs and onions until thoroughly blended.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. (original instructions say to drop by heaping cupful onto hot oiled griddle and flatten as necessary to desired shape and thickness. Cook on each side 4 to 5 minutes).

    I put them by the cupful on baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Spray lightly with oil. Cook in 400 F oven for 15 minutes, turning once during cooking process to flatten both sides.

    Serve with desired condiments on buns.
