List of Ingredients
1 medium avocado, mashed
4 small tortillas
400g can Mexican Chilli Beans, drained
2 small tomatoes, finely diced
100g Weight Watchers Tasty Grated Cheese
Recipe
Spread a quarter of the avocado over each tortilla.
Arrange a quarter of the Mexican Chilli beans across the middle of each tortilla.
On top of each, sprinkle a quarter of the lettuce, tomato and cheese. Roll each tortilla securely to enclose filling. Cut in half to serve.
