    List of Ingredients




    1/2 pint veg stock
    750g sweet potatoes
    1 onion
    225g spinach
    2 cloves garlic
    1 red chilli
    1 tbsp curry powder
    1 tin tomatoes
    seasoning

    Recipe



    place stock in saucepan add chopped sweet pots and onions, boil and cook for 5 mins.
    add rest of ingredients, stir and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes til potatoes are cooked. Serve and enjoy!
