    15ml spoon oil
    500g skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into 2.5cm pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    salt and freshly ground black pepper
    2-3 level x 15ml spoons mild curry paste
    375g natural yogurt
    1-2 x 15ml spoons freshly chopped coriander
    75g sultanas

    Recipe



    Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the chicken, onion and garlic and fry for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden. Season to taste. Mix together the curry paste, yogurt, coriander and sultanas. Stir the yogurt mixture into the chicken and heat gently for 1-2 minutes. Serve with long grain and wild rice.
