    Chicken Tortilla Stack-Up

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups leftover chicken, chopped
    · 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (can use low fat version)
    · 1 soup can of milk
    · 10 corn tortillas
    · 2 cups grated cheese
    · Salt & pepper to taste
    · 1 can mild green chilies drained

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Mix soup and milk; stir until smooth.
    3. Stir in drained green chilies and salt and pepper.
    4. In an oven-safe casserole dish spread 2 tablespoons of soup/milk/chilies mix to cover bottom of dish.
    5. Begin to layer a corn tortilla, then a layer of chicken, then cheese, then spoon a layer of soup/milk/chilie mix to cover. Keep layering in the same order.
    6. Save enough cheese to top with at the end.
    7. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
