Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

List of Ingredients
� Leftover Chicken
� 2 cups of cooked rice
� 1/2 cup of cooked broccoli (cut as desired)
� 1 can of cream of chicken and broccoli soup
� 1 cup shredded cheese (Colby & Monterey Jack)
� Cajun seasoning blend
Recipe
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
2. Cut or shred chicken into a large bowl.
3. Add cooked rice, broccoli, cream of chicken & broccoli soup, 1/4 cup of shredded cheese, and cajun seasoning.
4. Mix together until everything is well coated by the soup.
5. Pour mixture into a pan and cover with the remaining cheese.
6. Place in preheated oven until cheese is melted.
