Chicken with Cherry-Tomato Salsa

Salsa:
1 pt cherry tomatoes, halved (quartered, if large)
1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
1 can (8 oz) corn, rinsed
1/2 cup each sliced scallions and chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
4 large skinned, boned chicken thighs (about 1 1/4 lb), visible fat cut off
2 tsp oil, preferably canola
Recipe
1. Mix Salsa ingredients in a medium bowl. Let stand at room temperature while chicken cooks.
2. Mix flour, cumin and salt in a plastic food bag. Add chicken, close bag and shake to coat evenly.
3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, turning over once, 7 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Remove to serving plate. Spoon on salsa.
