List of Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breasts
3 tbsps. soya sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tbsps. corn oil
1 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
1 cup tomato ketchup
1 cup red peas, cooked or 1 1/2 cans red kidney beans in brine
1 tbsp. chilli powder
2 stalks escallion, chopped
1 tsp. sugar

Recipe
1. Remove skin and bone from chicken breasts. Cut meat into strips.
2. Season with soya sauce, garlic, salt and black pepper. Heat oil and stir-fry chicken breasts (strips) until done.
3. Add cooked red peas with liquid, tomato ketchup, onion, escallion, chilli powder, sugar and hot pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
Serves 4.
