Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
1 tesspoon Dijon-style mustard
4 chicken quarters (remove skin if desired)
2 potatoes, pared, sliced
3 carrots, julienne cut
1 fresh lemon

Preparations
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend and mustard; add chicken. Layer potatoes and carrots in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Remove chicken from marinade and place on potato/carrot slices. Pour reserved marinade over chicken.
Cooking
Bake at 350° F for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and squeeze with fresh lemon.
