Orange Thyme Chicken Breasts

Marinade:
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves, about 6 ounces each
Recipe
Mix marinade. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place chicken, covered with marinade, on a baking sheet. Bake, basting occasionally, until cooked, about 30 minutes
