Piquant Chicken and Zucchini

2 tsp olive oil
4 whole chicken legs (2 lb), drumsticks separated from thighs, skinned
1 jar (26 oz) green and black olive pasta sauce
1/2 cup water
12 oz small potatoes, peeled, cut in 1/2-in. wedges
1 1/2 cups sliced onions
2 zucchini (8 oz each), cut in 2 x 1/2-in. sticks
Recipe
1. Heat oil in 5-qt Dutch oven. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned on both sides, about 5 minutes; remove from pot. Add sauce, water, potatoes and onions to pot. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes until potatoes are firm-tender.
2. Add chicken and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Add zucchini; simmer 10 minutes until vegetables are tender and chicken is opaque near bone.
