Shake a Leg Chicken Dinner

1 TOSS 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing with 1 lb. red potatoes cut into wedges, and a handful per person each whole baby carrots and green beans. Place in foil-lined 10 x 15-in. baking pan.
2 MIX 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese with 1 pkg. Shake ’n Bake Original Coating Mix. Coat chicken leg/thigh quarters (one per person) according to package directions. Place on top of vegetables.
3 BAKE at 400°F for 40 min., or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle vegetables with additional Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese. Serves 4.
