Spicy Chutney Chicken

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, ( about 4 ounces each )
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup mango chutney, chopped
2 cups cooked long grain white riceRecipe
Combine lemon pepper, ginger, garlic salt and red pepper in cup. Sprinkle over both sides of chicken.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook turning once, 12 minutes, or until internal temperature registers 170 degrees on an instant read thermometer. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
Add orange juice and chutney to drippings in skillet. Cook, stirring, until thickened slightly, about 4 minutes.
Serve each chicken breast with 1/2 cup cooked white rice. Spoon sauce equally over each serving. Garnish with orange slices and chives if desired.
