Tropical Teriyaki Drumsticks

1 cup bottled teriyaki marinade
3/4 cup guava nectar or pineapple juice
20 chicken drumsticks (about 4 lb)
Garnish: pineapple wedges and chopped cilantro and cashews or peanuts
Recipe
1. Combine marinade and nectar in a gallon ziptop bag. Add chicken, seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning bag once or twice.
2. Heat oven to 375°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil; coat with nonstick spray. Add drumsticks; reserve marinade.
3. Bake chicken 30 minutes. Brush with marinade; turn and brush other side. Discard marinade. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cooked through.
4. Heat broiler. Broil drumsticks 3 minutes or until lightly charred in a few places. Place on platter; add garnishes.
