List of Ingredients
140g pack of tikka bites,
Microwave pilau rice,
tin of chopped tomatoes,
75g frozen peas,
1 medium onion,
smidge of fat free natural yoghurt
Recipe
roughly chop onion, fry for 3-4 mins until soft, add tomatoes and peas and bring to the boil, chop tikka bits into bite size peices, add them and rice to the pan and stir, simmer on low heat for 3-4 mins until hot, serve straight away with a smidge of yoghurt on top
Special Notes:
basmati rice can be used instead of pilau for the same points
