Praline Sauce
List of Ingredients
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Recipe
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in pecans
and vanilla. Serve warm. Yield: about 2 cups.
