    Artichoke Spinach Dip

    In a medium bowl, mix together until smooth:
    1-8oz. packages of cream cheese
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    ½ cup sour cream

    Mix in:
    2 jars (or 2 cups) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and well chopped (reserve liquid and use as necessary)
    1-10oz. package frozen spinach; thawed, well drained
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbs. lemon juice (to taste)
    ¼ pound bay shrimp, or less (optional)

    Spread evenly in a lightly greased 7x11” baking dish and cover with foil.

    Bake at 375°F. for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 5 additional minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
