Cheese Balls

In a mixing bowl, beat until fluffy:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 cups (16 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, room temperature
2 Tbs. milk
2 Tbs. minced onion
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
Divide into thirds (~1 cup each) and shape each into a ball.
Options:
Roll ball in chopped nuts
Add bacon bits and then roll into a ball
Cover and refrigerate but let stand one hour before serving with crackers.
