Sausage Balls

Brown and drain:
12 oz. pork sausage (Jimmy Dean)
Add:
8 oz. sharp cheddar, shredded
Remove from heat.
Mix in:
2-1/2 cups Bisquick
Roll into 1” balls.
Bake at 375°F. for 10 minutes or until slightly brown on the bottom.
Yield: 60
Notes: To make ahead—Before baking, freeze on cookie sheets and then transfer to ZipLoc bag to keep in the freezer.
