In a large bowl, dissolve:
2 cups warm water
2/3 cups sugar
Add in and allow to proof until creamy foam:
1-1/2 Tbs. active dry yeast
Mix in:
1-1/2 tsp. salt
� tsp. oil
Mix in:
6 cups flour, 1 cup at a time
Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth.
Place in a well-oiled bowl and flip.
Cover with a damp cloth.
Allow to rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch dough down.
Knead for a few minutes and divide in half.
Shape into loaves and place in two well oiled loaf pans.
Allow to rise for 30 minutes or until dough has risen 1� above pans.
Bake at 350�F. for 30 minutes.
