    In a large bowl, dissolve:
    2 cups warm water
    2/3 cups sugar
    Add in and allow to proof until creamy foam:
    1-1/2 Tbs. active dry yeast

    Mix in:
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    ¼ tsp. oil

    Mix in:
    6 cups flour, 1 cup at a time

    Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth.

    Place in a well-oiled bowl and flip.
    Cover with a damp cloth.
    Allow to rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

    Punch dough down.
    Knead for a few minutes and divide in half.

    Shape into loaves and place in two well oiled loaf pans.
    Allow to rise for 30 minutes or until dough has risen 1” above pans.

    Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes.
