APPLE NUT BREAD
Mix thoroughly:
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
� tsp. salt
1 cup nuts, coarsely chopped
1-1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups Delicious apples, peeled and cut into chunks
Bake in greased and lined loaf pans at 325�F. for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Yield: 2 loaves
Notes: Made 21 muffins, real oily. Baked at 375�F. for 20 minutes.
