    Combine well:
    ¾ tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. baking soda
    ½ tsp. baking powder
    1-1/2 cup flour
    ½ tsp. nutmeg
    ½ tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice

    In a separate large bowl, mix well:
    ½ cup vegetable oil
    ½ cup applesauce
    1 egg
    1 cup sugar

    Fold in dry ingredients.

    Spoon into greased muffin tin and sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar

    Bake at 400°F. for 15-20 minutes
