Butterhorn Rolls

Combine and cool to lukewarm:
1 cup milk, scalded
½ cup shortening
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
Add and stir well:
1 package yeast
Add:
3 eggs, beaten
4-1/2 cups flour
Mix until smooth soft dough.
Knead on floured surface and place in greased bowl.
Flip and cover. Let rise until doubled.
Divide into thirds and roll each into a 9” circle.
Brush with melted butter.
Cut into 12-16 wedges. Roll and place on greased sheet. Let rise.
Bake at 400°F. for 15 minutes.
