Stir together:
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
Make a well and add:
1 Tbs. sugar
1 package yeast
1-1/3 cup warm water
Let stand for 5 minutes until yeast activates.
Pour in:
2 Tbs. olive oil
Stir with wooden spoon.
Knead on floured surface until smooth, but dough is still soft.
Place in oiled bowl, flip and cover. Let rise until doubled.
Put 1 tsp. olive oil on cookie sheet and spread around.
Transfer dough onto sheet and press out to ¼” thickness.
Dimple dough with finger tips and drizzle with 1-1/2 tsp. olive oil.
Sprinkle with:
1 Tbs. dried rosemary (2 Tbs. fresh)
2 Tbs. fresh Parmesan cheese
½-1 tsp. garlic salt
Allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F. for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cut with pizza cutter.
Notes: Was a good recipe…good flavor, dipped in flavored olive oil.
