No-Knead Wheat Bread

Mix in a large bowl and let cool to lukewarm:
2 cups hot milk (use powdered)
1/3 cup molasses
1-1/2 tsp. salt
Combine and let stand 5 minutes to dissolve:
� cup warm water
1 package yeast
Add to lukewarm mixture:
Dissolved yeast
4-1/3 cups whole wheat flour
Beat well, cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Beat briefly and turn into a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let rise again to almost doubled, about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350�F. for 35-40 minutes.
Yield: 1 loaf
Notes: 10/83 -- Very easy. Is a dark, moist bread with strong molasses aroma. Using honey yields a lighter in color and sweeter loaf.
