Oatmeal Pull Apart Rolls

In Pyrex Measuring cup, heat:
1-1/4 cup water
1 cup milk
¼ cup margarine, won’t melt completely
Combine in large mixer bowl:
2 cups flour
3 Tbs. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 package yeast
Add liquid mixture, beating low then on #6 for 3 minutes
Add and beat 5 minutes longer:
1 cup oats
Stir in:
2-1/2 cups flour
On #2 for 4-6 minutes, knead in:
½ cup flour
Place in large greased bowl, flip. Cover with plastic wrap and dish towel.
Let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch down and knead until smooth.
Pinch off 32 pieces and shape into 1-1/2” balls.
Arrange in greased pans. Cover and let rise.
Brush with:
1 egg yolk
1Tbs. water
Bake at 400°F. for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes: Use 7x9” and 8” pans or 2-8” pans
