    Bisquick
    Beat for one minute:
    ¾ cup sour cream
    ½ cup Bisquick
    ½ cup milk
    2 eggs
    ½ tsp. worcestershire sauce

    In a separate bowl, mix:
    1-1/3 cups grated cheddar
    2/3 cup chopped dry salami
    2/3 cup crumbled cooked sausage
    3 sliced green onions

    Spoon 2 Tbs. egg mixture into greased muffin cup and sprinkle 1 Tbs. cheese mixture over egg.

    Bake at 400°F. for 12-15 minutes or until knife inserted comes clean.

    Loosen sides and remove from pan.

    Yield: 18

    Note: The aluminum muffin tins made higher tarts than the non-stick muffin pan. The bottoms are soft, not crusty. Put them in a skillet to keep them warm. Freeze individually on waxed paper and then toss them into a ZipLoc bag and microwave to heat them (1 minute each).
