    Ham and Potato Casserole

    Combine:
    1-26 oz. frozen hash browns (shredded potatoes)
    1# ham slices, cut into bite sized pieces
    1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted
    1/2 tsp. pepper

    Spoon into 13x9" pan.

    Bake at 400°F. for 25 minutes

    Sprinkle with:
    1 cup shredded cheddar
    Paprika

    Bake an additional 5 minutes.

    Notes: In place of cream of potato soup, I’ve used both cream of broccoli and cream of mushroom. Both were fine.
