Black Bean Garlic Beef and Noodles

Marinate 1 pound of sliced flank steak in:
2 Tbs. oyster sauce
4 tsp. oil
2 tsp. cornstarch
Cook 16 oz. fresh Chinese noodles according to package.
Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
Stir fry and remove:
1 pound fresh green beans, bias cut
Sauté until fragrant:
3 Tbs. Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce
1 Tbs. oil (or less)
Add and stir fry meat until almost done.
Add beans and noodles. Toss to coat well.
Notes: 2/02—original recipe called for juliennd red and green bell pepper. Can use asparagus instead. Also blanching beans works well too.
