    Marinade:
    2 Tbs. hoisin sauce
    3 Tbs. Mirin
    ¼ cup shoyu
    1 tsp. BBQ sauce
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbs. ginger, minced

    Marinate 1-1/2 pounds of flank in a ZipLoc bag 30 minutes to overnight.

    Grill and slice against grain.

    Notes: Can slice before marinating and skewer before grilling.
