Fry until golden brown but don’t overcook! Place pieces in baking dish.
Sweet & Sour Sauce
Combine in small saucepan:
6 Tbs. sugar
¼ cup each catsup, water and vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. cornstarch + 2 Tbs. water
Cook and stir constantly until clear and thick.
