    Salmon with Ginger Soy

    Combine and pour over salmon and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning once to coat:
    ¼ cup vegetable oil
    2 Tbs. lemon juice
    2 Tbs. shoyu
    1 Tbs. grated fresh ginger

    4 (6-ounce) salmon steaks or fillets.


    Grill.
