Spanish Rice

Sauté until brown in nonstick pan:
3 Tbs. margarine
2 cups rice
Add:
½ can tomato sauce (4oz.)
2-1/2 cups hot water
½ cup chopped onion
Season with:
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
Bring to a boil and simmer until rice is soft and dry.
