    DRESSING
    Combine and shake well. Chill.
    1 cup oil
    ¼ cup vinegar
    1/3 cup catsup
    1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
    ½ cup sugar
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Pour desired amount of dressing over:
    Clean spinach leaves (no stems)
    Bacon bits
    Sunflower seeds
