Hamburg Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb hamburg
- Onion
- Salt and pepper
- 4 large potatoes
- Rice
- Can of peas
- Water
Instructions
- 1st layer - 1 1/2 lb hamburg. Add onion, salt and pepper on top of hamburg.
- 2nd layer - 4 large potatoes, sliced; salt and pepper
- 3rd layer - Cover potatoes with a layer of rice
- 4th layer - can of peas, salt and pepper
- Add water to casserole until you cover the peas.
- Cover and cook 1/2 hour at 400 F and 1 hour at 350 F.
