    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb hamburg
    • Onion
    • Salt and pepper
    • 4 large potatoes
    • Rice
    • Can of peas
    • Water


    Instructions


    1. 1st layer - 1 1/2 lb hamburg. Add onion, salt and pepper on top of hamburg.
    2. 2nd layer - 4 large potatoes, sliced; salt and pepper
    3. 3rd layer - Cover potatoes with a layer of rice
    4. 4th layer - can of peas, salt and pepper
    5. Add water to casserole until you cover the peas.
    6. Cover and cook 1/2 hour at 400 F and 1 hour at 350 F.
