List of Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 6 tbsp uncooked rice
- 1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups hot water
Instructions
- Sear pork chops on both sides.
- Put in baking dish and place 1 tbsp of uncooked rice on each chop.
- Slice onion on top.
- Pour tomatoes and hot water over this.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours.
