List of Ingredients
- 16 oz frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 14 oz can chicken broth (fat-free)
- 2 cups water
- 1 10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup (fat-free)
- 1 10 3/4 oz cream of celery soup (fat-free)
- 2 cup milk (1%)
Instructions
- Combine first four ingredients in large pot with cover. Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
- Stir in soups and milk, salt and pepper to taste. Add green onions, ham flavorings, etc.
