    You could substitute shrimp for the same points. The serving size is good and filling. This recipe is very good, but I found it to be too spicy. Use less of the Tony's if you don't want it too spicy.


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 oz yolk free noodles
    • 12 oz Bernard's crawfish tails
    • 1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    • 6 oz light Velveeta cheese
    • Creole seasoning mix (cut up seasoning found in produce section)
    • Olive oil spray
    • 1 Tbsp Creole seasoning (Tony Chachere's)


    Instructions


    1. Spray skillet with olive oil. Saute Creole seasoning mix for 5 minutes. For those not from the deep south, the seasoning mix is simply equal parts of chopped onions, celery and green pepper. Use as much as is appealing to you.
    2. Add cream of chicken soup, light Velveeta cheese and crawfish tails. Cook on low for 10 minutes. Boil egg noodles until tender, drain and mix with crawfish mixture.


    Final Comments


    Yields 4 servings.
    WW points - 6 1/2 per serving
