List of Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots
- 3/4 cup egg substitute
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup Splenda
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Cook carrots until tender. Drain well.
- Process carrots and remaining ingredients until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
- Spoon into lightly greased 2 Qt. baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until brown.
- Yield: 8 (1/2 servings)
