Thank you for your interest in our Gluten-Free cookbooks. We believe there is a real need for cookbooks that offer Gluten-Free recipes that are clear, practical and easy to follow. We desire to help people who find themselves in the same situation as we found ourselves many years ago. Over the past several years we have developed new recipes and now realize it is time to put them into print. We believe this represents an important step in the development of cookbooks that provide individuals “simple” yet “normal” tasting foods. The recipes written in these books are original, tried and proven to be true. Putting all these recipes in book form has been quite an adventure, and yes a very positive one! The response we have received has been overwhelming. The cookbooks have been sold across Canada, the USA and several foreign countries. We believe these cookbooks would be beneficial to people living with Celiac Disease, enabling them to eat with the same variety and satisfaction they previously experienced. Our hope is that this cookbook introduces you, rather than inundates you, with a variety of desserts, breads and baking free of gluten. It is difficult to achieve a palatable food on a gluten free diet. Feel free to experiment; however, it is imperative each individual ensures that all ingredients and products are gluten free.
