    Tips for Fillers in hamburgers/meatloaf

    Try using green pea flour as a filler. This will provide fibre to your gluten free diet.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 tbsp green pea flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp ketchup, gluten free
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Combine above ingredients in given order. Mix well. Shape into four 4-ounce meatballs.
    Place in fridge to set.
    Barbeque hamburgers.
    Serve with favorite veggies and salad.
    *Use soft Corn Tortilla wraps for bun.

    *You can use green pea flour in your favorite meatloaf recipe.
