The best chicken soup to soothe and heal upset stomach and flu symptoms
List of Ingredients
1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped in 1/2 - inch cubes
6 green onions,chopped fine
1/2 cup chopped celery
6 cups boiling water
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 cup medium rice stick
1 tsp ketchup, gluten-freeRecipe
Place water in stock pot. Bring to a boil. Add cubed chicken, onions,and celery. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Rinse and drain rice stick. Add to chicken soup and simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Add ketcup and serve.
