2 (no.2 cans) tomato sauce
2 (no.2 cans) whole tomatoes
2 (no.2 cans) sauerkraut
1-2 lbs. brown sugar
3 lbs. lean ground beef
Recipe
Make a soup of the 1st four ingredients.
Cook slowly on very low heat until boiling.
Take ground beef & make individual meatballs, little smaller than ping pong ball size. Drop one by one into boiling soup. Cook 2-3 hours. cool and reheat to serve. Freezes well. Makes 48 meatballs.
